MAX’S Two week Lean-Up Blitz (weight loss supplement challenge) is a great way to drop some body fat quickly to reveal your hard earned muscle. The diet is pretty strict but if you can tough it out for a couple of weeks you will really see results.
GENERAL RULES:
Don’t cheat or it won’t work!
Keep training hard, weights and cardio
Drink 3-4 litres of water each day
Keep a positive attitude
Use the options below for 2 weeks. You can mix and match options for each mean segment. That is, for each meal, say mid morning, you can choose any of the three options. For example, for mid morning you may simply opt for a Max’s Super Shred shake each time.
TWO WEEK Lean-Up BLITZ

-1 cup Oats mixed with MAX’S SuperShred (1 scoop in 250ml cold water)
-Tea or coffee
-6 egg white, 1 egg yoke omelette with 1 piece or wholemeal toast.

Mid Morning
-SuperShred (1-2 scoops in 300-400 ml cold water)
-85g tin Tuna in spring water. (option-mix with a small dob of mayonnaise and diced spring onions)
-Small apple
-30 grams almonds
Lunch
-Chicken Salad (1 grilled shredded chicken breast mixed with lettuce, cherry tomatoes, diced red onion, capsicum, seeded mustard and a small dob of mayonnaise)
-Stir fried lean beef and vegetables (carrot, broccoli, snow peas, baby corn, capsicum, bok choy, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, dash canola or rice bran oil)
-Bbq chicken breast, all skin removed
-Tabouli Salad
Mid Afternoon
-85g Tin of tuna in spring water.(option –mix with a small dob of mayonnaise and diced spring onions)
-SuperShred (1-2 scoops in 300-400ml cold water)
-HP+ Protein Bar
After Training
-SuperShred (1-2 scoops in 300-400ml cold water)
-SuperShred (1-2 scoops in 300-400ml cold water)
-SuperShred (1-2 scoops in 300-400ml cold water
Dinner
-Baked fish in herbs and dash of olive oil
-Garden salad (lettuce, tomato, capsicum, cucumber, avocado with dash of olive oil and balsamic vinegar)
-Grilled chicken breast marinated in garlic & herbs
-Steamed vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots & snow peas)
You’ll notice in the two week plan we recommend using MAX’S SuperShed Protein. It is formulated to help trainers strip body fat as part of a reduced carbohydrate diet. Our experience has shown this to be the fastest and most effective way to get lean.
This plan should be used for 2 weeks, then you can revert to normal healthy diet that incorporates good carbohydrate foods (unprocessed wholegrain foods like wholemeal and wholegrain breads, starchy vegetables like sweet potato, corn and peas, pasta, and brown rice). If you need to strip more fat, simply jump back on to the program for another few weeks.
A few do’s and don’ts while on the weight loss supplement program:
When buying meat, choose lean cuts and remove all visible fat
When buying chicken, choose the breast portions as they are much lower in fat
Remove all skin and visible fat from chicken
Meat and chicken should be cooked using little or no fats or oils. Grilling is the best method however Bbq and stir frying is acceptable
Fish is best Bbq’d with a dash of oil or baked in the oven.
Fill up on vegies, but don’t eat starchy vegies like potato, sweet potato, pumpkin, peas and corn
Choose fibrous and non starchy vegies like lettuce, capsicum, tomatoes, broccoli, cauliflower, radishes, cucumber, snow peas, celery, cabbage, etc.
Don’t let yourself get really hungry or you will over eat at your next meal. If you are hungry have another half serve of Super Shred (1 scoop in 200ml of water)
