DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Mix 60 grams or 3 scoops (scoop supplied) into 400mls of milk or water and then blend or shake. Fruits may be added. Alternatively add to foods such as cereal and desserts and yoghurt to increase the protein and energy contend. Take 2-3 times a day.
Best taken in the morning after rising and in between meals.
