Within the first 3 days of using optimum nutritions serious mass I have already gained 1kg. While you do pay a bit per serve, I have found this already to be the best powder for me. I have struggled with weight gain for so long and am so glad serious mass can help me gain weight and muscle.

I found it rather easy to mix even when just using a shaker instead of a blender. I have tried all the flavours and they are all pretty decent except taste a little floury. I can definitely live with that considering how much weight I have been putting on recently.
