DIRECTIONS FOR USE |

Add 200-250ml of water or skim milk into a redbak shaker. Add 30g (1 scoop) of product and shake and vigorously for 30 seconds. Add more or less liquid for a thinner or thicker consistency. Seal bag immediately after use. |
