DIRECTIONS FOR USE |
|
Mix 40 grams or 2 scoops (scoop supplied) into 400mls of non-fat milk or water and then blend ir shake. Fruit may be added. Alternatively add to foods such as cereal, desserts and yoghurt to increase the protein and energy content.
Best taken in the morning after rising and within 45mins of an intensive work out.
