DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Add 1 heaped scoop (20g) to 200ml of non-fat milk or fruit juice in a blender or shaker and mix well. Add fruit to boost carbs, or double the serving size (add 2 heaped scoops to 300ml of milk) for a protein packed recovery shake. ProteinFood can also be mixed with your breakfast cereal or yoghurt to increase protein and energy content. Recommended intake is up to three servings per day. Close lid securely after use and store in a cool, dry place. For optimum freshness and benefit, we recommend you use this tub within 3 months of opening.
