DIRECTIONS FOR USE
To make a high protein drink, mix 30g with 200mL of water or skim milk. Besides being used to make shakes, NHS Whey Protein Concentrate can be used to boost protein in popular foods such as soups and sauces, desserts like custards and yoghurt, baked goods, cakes and breads. In recipes, use Whey Protein Concentrate as a direct replacement for skim milk powder or mix 15g in 100mL to use as a replacement for milk.
